About Us
Why did we want to create Youth and Politics (Y.A.P.)?
Our Mission
In establishing this organisation, we aim to address the issue of breaking the social stigma that surrounds the world of politics. In doing so, we aim to promote the importance of youth involvement in politics through increased accessibility. As the world continues to change at an impressive rate, it is more imperative than ever that we empower young individuals to have a voice in decisions which impact their futures and to bring political discussions to those whose voices are rarely heard.

Our Vision
Through this organisation, we hope to see increased youth participation in politics. We strive for participation not only in the sense of being educated and aware about current political events, but also utilising such knowledge to change the world around us. Regardless of whether it is sending emails to town mayors about preserving their local park or handing out leaflets in the next election, we hope to see more young people worldwide recognise the power of their voices and the value of their actions to build a world for the future.
